Something Else To Do..

You want to stop and chew..

Eat a carrot..
Make some tea..
Take deep breaths..
Count to three..

Quiet time..
Have a drink..
Relax your body..
Close your eyes..
Don't blink..

When you want something sweet..
Apples and oranges..
Are quite a treat..

Remember..
Eat your veggies too..
You'll have..
Something Else To Do..
