Someone Who'Ll Understand
I find it hard to express
What I feel right now
Need to get it off my chest
But I don't know how
limited words
Emotions too many
Countless fears
No words to help me
Who would be so kind
To listen to my distress
No one in their right mind
And thus I am helpless
I guess I'll have to swallow it all
Save it for another day
Walk proud and tall
Until I get a chance
To say what I want to say
No one least interested
In my thoughts and feelings
Because it is good time invested
In such hopeless things
So I carry this pain
In my hand
Waiting come sun or rain
For someone who'll understand.
