Someone Needs the Sound of You--Part 2

I can’t smell the aroma of your perfume I can’t taste the sweetness of your lips Of you essence; Ever present, present; I can’t taste a thing; I keep hearing friend’s voice; This is my choice, my choice; As I smell your love; to taste your sweet, sweet lips; What a kiss, what a kiss can’t miss this relationship; Just to let you know right now in the still; In the silence, in the quiet…someone needs Someone needs the sound of you; It the rapids, in the pains, even in the rains; Someone, someone somewhere needs the should of you Some needs the sound of you; Someone needs to care for you; And if this is all true; Yes you do, even I need the sound of you Someone needs to be with you; When you’re feeling blue, oh, ooh; Someone needs the sound of you; To hear your sound of your name, your voice; It just doesn’t ever, ever goes away; It’s so yes girl, I’m so ashamed I am blind; Yet I remain sighted cause my ear needs to hear you… La la la, la la la la la lala la la La la la, la la la la la lala la la Your quite an encourager, this is so true, yes it’s true That someone needs the sound of you 9/27/70 Written words by James Edward Lee 1970, 2019© North High School creative writing assignment
