Somehow, Somewhere

What on earth did I do to…
-	just forget about it
it doesn’t matter now.
My heart, mind, soul – and body is…
-	completely shattered thanks to you

Where do I even start describing;
My heart – broken champagne glasses
My mind – useless and blank
My soul – lifeless
My body – numb, feeling nothing but endless pain

“Stay strong”
These words kept on repeating themselves
Over and over again but did I listen –
No!
Instead I stayed behind because I
Was só scared what might happen
If I stood up for myself and to you

My days were dark
But still, there was light for me
And I reached out…

Today I’m stronger thanks to Him
And I have people who care for me
Once again my life has meaning
My faith is endless now
