Some Problems Today
I feel like I'm lost in a world full of hate and greed
And it's sad to see how many of you would agree
But instead of being the one to try and change it
We all just turn our backs not to face it
People building empires
People living in the gutter
We are all people who should be helping one another
We seem to be a nation that's fallen under the weather
Sweeping all of our problems under the rug
Wondering why nothing ever gets better
We the nation voted for someone who shouldn't even be in office
And then get all offended when he can't fulfill his promise
You really think that one man has the power to change the world
Well maybe he does but he still wants help from all the boys and girls
To join together as a once powerful nation
Then maybe he'll give us all something to believe in
