Some People Think

Some write in poetry others put words to song.
Some people think I'm left, but I'm so far right I'm wrong.

Putting down words that rhyme making each stanza a verse
Some people think I'm bad, those who cross me know I'm worse.

Writing in classical, traditional or their own personal style
Some people think I'm cool, really just kind of wild.

Turning poems into stories then verses become quotes
Some people think I'm smart, must agree, more than most.

Reading poems, I laugh, smile or even cry,
Some people think I won't quit, won't till the day I die.
