Some Day I Will Be Born Anew

Some day I will be born anew.
I’ll be allowed to see the sun...
Will I see everything I knew?
Will I remember my past prime?

Will I be an herb or a tree?
Perhaps I will be a flower,
A grapevine, or an evergreen,
Or a seed which people scatter...

A handful of ash underground
Can surprise by different forms.
Will I hear a sign – a sound?
Will there be some norms in a force?

Some day I will be born anew.
I will see the blue sky again.
What will be the greatest virtue?
What will be important then?
