Somber Tones


Staple diets tainted gray
still pesticides they spray
gallops horse of dapple grey 
fourth beast say, ”hell’s to pay”

 
as life bubbles into shape
for human illusion’s sake
two thousand twelve’s wake
Love in life is not a fake

Somber tones may meander
worldly concepts detest a new face
many old faces doth not erase
Love’s face, by perdition’s race

Hi John, you write words that warn but so few listen. All around are the signs of what is coming and people blindly carry on as though nothing will happen. Surprise. So many on Soup do know though which is wonderful.

I wish everyone could see life through your eyes, John. Looking at the world through loving eyes would eliminate many of the problems we encounter today. I am not afraid of 2012 prophecies. If we lead lives like our Creator intended, there is no cause for fear. Thank you for your comment. You are very dear to me as well. My illness is progressing. I need to call you soon. I'll be back in the Panhandle next week to take a friend to surgery and offer some care afterward. Love, Carolyn
