Solitary Confinement

Suck it, milk it- bleed it dry!
But leave My Heart still untouched
The Fires will rage, and they will die
While I am somber all too much...

The Temples I tread, inside my Head
Searching for a safer place
A Room to dwell outside the Hell
Of my prison's burning Gates

Chan The Man I will help you pull yourself out of your prison and make you see life isn't always unhappy and trapping. Cause I am a good friend. LOL Nice job Thanks for the great comment on my Love Garden poem. Huggies

I can really relate to the feeling of being a prisoner inside one's self. It is literally like solitary confinement, with no hope of escape. Great poem here, very deep and soulful, nicely done!
