Notes About The Poem

poem submitted to "Bite-Size Contest 138" Line Gauthier, sponsor, March 8, 2026.

SOGGY HULLS

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Folded edges gleam~ paper boats on rain-swollen stream, racing past. Like childhood's brief, bright voyage, soggy hulls dissolve too fast.
