Social Butterfly
She flutters through the velvet air,
A whisper, soft without a care,
In every room her laughter flies—
The radiant, rare social butterfly.
With charm that flows like vintage wine,
She draws the world in every line.
A wink, a word, a glance, a smile,
She makes the mundane worthwhile.
No corner's dark when she appears,
She mends the awkward, calms the fears.
Each stranger's face becomes a friend,
Each night too short, too soon to end.
Yet in her wings, a hidden ache—
The kind that quiet hours wake.
For those who shine in crowds so bright,
Often feel alone at night.
But still she flies, and still she glows,
Through every heart her spirit flows.
A spark, a flame that won't run dry—
The ever-glowing social butterfly.
