Soaring High-Nursery Rhyme

A young bird in a tree
wanted to fly so high
for everyone to see
but his wings wouldn't fly


He thought he was broke 
But he kept trying each day 
He perched on a huge oak
His wings flapped in May
        
He soared really high
Until he reached the sky
