So Many Friends
I'm thankful daily for the many friends
I have here on this oh so wonderful site
Without you guys my life would be missing
Our much anticipated daily interaction
Provides me with so much joy and happiness
Your loving words inspire me no end
To write poetry I didn't know I was capable of
Since joining this wonderfully creative site
I owe everyone a real debt of gratitude
For providing me with an outlet
To express my innermost feelings
And for the loving and caring comments
You loving people send my way in return
Poetry is what keeps me alive
A reason to get out of bed each morning
To greet youse guys with a great big smile
