So It Goes

Wind howls.
Gulls cry.

Tides turn.
Seas sigh.

The moon pulls.
Light tricks.

You go.
The clock ticks.

...death and taxes! So much beauty is beyond our control... thank goodness! Nature's grandeur keeps US under control I think... Best wishes, Keith

Love this Maggie. Each little verse holds vivid, almost mystical imagery and so much more. A perfect example of how less is more. Also, a quick thank you for your comment on Michael's poem for me. That was lovely and so appreciated. Meanwhile, you are a huge talent, and I look forward to reading more. Warmest wishes, Shar
