So if this is how it has to be if my road is already paved in stone if when it all ends I will fall into nothing less and my name will go unknown So if this is how it has to be when I am not the only dreading the light when all the drama, all the struggle of life ceases to exist during the night So if this is how it has to be a long difficult road to just find you must endure a painful ending that you cannot escape a disease we all seek to someday cure So if this is how it has to be the willingness and passion must be strong to give up and loose many along the way deep down inside you know your time isn’t long So if this is how it has to be I will not go down without a fight if ever my flame burns out before my time there will hopefully be someone there to relight
