So I Stopped

 I waited and waited
But you never came
I wrote and called
But you never answered
I came to see you once in a while
But you were never home
You were never there.

I asked your friends were you could be
They said they didn't know
I asked your boss if you might have quit
He said "No, Never!"
I asked your sister where you were
She told she didn't know.

So i waited and waited
But i stopped to write and call
I stopped coming by
I stopped asking your friends
I stopped asking your boss
I stopped asking your sister

You would never call
You would never write
You would never stop by
You just never really loved me.

So I Stopped
