So All of Mankind Could Live Free of Sin

You are my king
Who brings all the babies in the spring
The sound of the church bells when they ring
The harmony of little children when they sing
All because you shed your blood
So that sin would not begin

Though You knew your life would be taken
So our souls wouldn't be forsaken
Glory to our king
How your word brings joy and goodwill to all
The horrific things they did
When they took your last breath from you

The ground shook the sky went dark
Everything ignited into sparks
Your word brings hope
To all that believe
Because we were born again
So that we might begin a life free of sin

Washed with your tears
So that we don't live in fear
To know Gods love from up above
As he teaches us all to love
You are my king
When you bring all things together
Like the babies in the spring

And the sound of the church bells ring
The little children when they harmonize and sing
Your word clings to much hope
You are our king
Whose blood was shed
So all mankind
Could begin living a life free of sin
