Snowy Night

The Christmas lights are glowing, Weather’s wildly snowing. One thing I am knowing – It’s lovely to be home. The radiator’s hissing, My honey’s here for kissing. There’s nothing I am missing – No place I’d rather roam. The wine is poured and waiting, The dinner prepped for plating And I’m anticipating – An ending for this poem.

Simple, silly salutations. Sum up all my calculations. Ringing spirit in the ears, Tis' the seaon for three cheers. Peace. :)

I can see your honey by your side / And you're both warm inside / Enjoying a dinner for two / When you're disturbed by the phone / Your kids and baby / Coming home? / And your plans you will gladly undo. How I love your writes. They are so full of life. I took a little liberty to add my take on the subject. Hope you enjoy it.
