Snowflakes Spiraling
A dreaming beam of light sighs knowingly
Teasing with cool pride and shining brightly
The blushing sky moans mercifully
Mum with quiet snowy strain
At the same time, moving gently in the quiet terrain
The wintry wind sings lightly in a chilly entertain
Stars twinkle through the darkness sight
And songbirds serenade into the night
The winter sun closes in sparkling color delight
Crystalline winter dances unhappily
To the heavens when night decays with quiet dignity
As God draws nature in artistic flurry tranquillity
Whilst cool new year winter dances mildly
Into the starlit night so sprightly
Too, snowflakes begin to fall wildly
And sparkle creates with wild abandonment
Rippling in passionate triumph and frowning intent
As our New England hamlet sleeps in silent ascent
