Snow Days Joy

As a kid, I prayed for snow days; They were the greatest things. Slip-sliding, icy rides; sledding on carpet of snow; sheer ecstasy. I loved snow days but, back then we had very few.

I am wondering if you have snow right this second. M.L. I am surrounded by it, and it is wonderful! I have no desire to get out of my driveway until it melts. This poem reminds me of a time we called school for almost three weeks in January due to ice and snow. I was ten, and it was ecstasy!

Yes but, only about 2 inches, so far. Two weeks? Gosh, what a vacation the kids had! Thanks.
