Snow At Last

Winter comes but once a year Cold, dark, empty, clear Lots of rain, calm and quiet, Then, snow... Snow on windows, Snow on doors, Roads, cars, people, Snow falling from the sky... White and fluffy Cold and tingling Blanking fields and trees Pure white snow... Snow melting, icicles dripping Ice cold water flowing Down the hills and through the valley That's all the snow for this year.
