Snow Angels

A million crystals made by God Now float in space like finest lace In perfection - never flawed Then fall to earth with cold embrace Where moonlight dances brilliantly. Upon you solemn face Reflecting back, prismatic light Like nature's crystal chandelier Embellishing this winter’s night Then landing on your blushing cheek And melting there just like a tear Adding to the night's mystique. A million crystals made by God Reflecting back prismatic light There’s no place, I’d rather be Then watching snowy flakes descend Adding beauty to the night Appearing like, it'll never end Oh, my love, I think that you Are like a crystal from on high Riding that eternal wind Until it’s time to say farewell Falling from some darkened sky To a place that melts this spell Yes your warmth hath stave the chill And with the joy, I've never felt Watching crystals from the sky Beneath the light of winter’s moon I'm sure our love will never melt Although it seems, they're gone to soon We'll walk through life hand in hand And try to walk without disgrace With worn out shoes or finest lace But love, our sole amenity While hidden Angels watch with grace That love's now our identity Love saves the sinner, this we know And one more time, we feel we’re blessed A million crystals made by God We pray, that they may pass the test To find each other in the snow And receive like us, serenity

Absolutely love it Jerry - the impact of the repeated lines is super (it reminds me of a pantoum) and i think you've invented a new form!:-) hugs Jan xx

Thank You Jan, I just go with the flow, In a hundred years from now I'll leave it to those analytic egg-heads to determine if it is a style and name it.
