Snapshot of a Kidnapped Bride
SNAPSHOT OF A KIDNAPPED BRIDE
Stolen from her mother’s womb
~ The heart blessed by God ~
She succumbs to terror’s tears.
Demon holds his gun and her.
She’s a prize of war,
A babe – a nothing to him.
Blood-streaked face – a mother cures,
With cooling wash cloth - - -
She’s lost in child’s eyes – far away.
This bride, dressed in black and blue,
Delivered to dark - - -
Raping, beating, mocking, hate
