Smiling Pot

I do not know how she does it
she sees a rival but she smiles
she fails a critical test but she smiles
mud is thrown at her but she smiles

Of what material is she made?
why can’t the pot of smiles degenerate?
Are all she meets in life things of wonder?
is this a new perspective of life?

Smiling even when one is offended
smiling even when one is in sorrow
never smiling when one has achieved
probably makes the world foolish

If the world were a smiling world
the sad times would shade tears
evil men would not have any trade
angel of death would think new tricks

But I do not know how she does it
let’s revisit our natural resources
natural resources of goodness deep inside
we could probably have new creatures

But let us all smile without stopping
and turn world of sorrows into paradise
