Smiles

It is hard to smile when times are tough,
Needless to say, life can be rough.

But I hope that a smile will brighten your face,
And help you to keep up a brisk pace.

It's when we smile, or giggle, or laugh,
That our troubles seem to be cut in half.

Family and friends can put a smile there,
Why, We wonder, do they even care ?

But that is what they do for each one of you,
Give us some comfort, start us anew.

Not only do I smile when I think of your sharing,
But the love that I feel when I think of your caring.

So, pass on the smiles, the giggles, the laughs that you have,
You'll keep someone smiling, with your laughter so brave !

I like this, sometimes we do need to be reminded to smile. Love the line where you say "That our troubles seem to be cut in half." So true. Congrats on the feature.
