Smile Through the Pain

To know me just a little over a year ago Everyone knew exactly why I was always so sad and love Because of my feelings I still harbor for you I could not let go But now in my moments of the here and now I've learned to get along somehow I'm now constantly smiling spite the pain For the time being I no longer let those memories taunt me or drive me totally insane Something clicked inside my brain I've found my sunshine and set aside all the rain Real true love is love in which has a great deal of emotional sweet undying pain And once you find it but have let it go only to years later realize what you had you then within yourself find happiness that will drive you endlessly insane It's there in your heart so tender And cause your soul to completely and undoubtedly surcome to surrender Please don't misunderstand I still feel the same and very much miss you and am forever thinking of you That's what we have between us a never ending love which has always been true But even though, in my here and now, I don't have you Here I am again smiling and pushing on forward, conquering right through Becasue I now know and realize from deep inside me, even if you won't entirely say so, that you do... ...you still very much, and in every single way, miss me and quite often think of me to
