Smell of Rain

Raining in the fall,
it don't matter at all,
feels so good anyhow.

Smell of rain in the twilight,
brings my soul such delight,
out for a walk, how refreshing.

Rain drops falling on me,
coming down so hard, can barley see,
as I run into the house so drenched.

I so love the rain too! Would look pretty silly playing outside in it, but it sure is what I would love to do! Oh for the child in us. Delightful write. Love, Shar
