When I mediate my vibrations speed up so fast that my hands spin; this is a reminder to me of that.

Enjoyed reading this one today. I enjoyed reading about slowing down. I am about as slow as one can go without being on my deathbed but God is good even though I am going downhill. I am glad that I chose this one to read today. Sara

Thanks Sara! Basically what is meditation save resting in a continuum of thought rested awareness, in stillness? Once thoughts recede, ego is no longer fed and then divine electricity manifests within our body. By grace of course.
