Slice of Shangri-La

In delightful repose, with my tired head 
           comfortably at rest upon your lap.
 Your fingers softly brushing my brow and cheek;
        your smiling face, with all the love in it, 
    beaming down like bright afternoon sunshine
 to further illuminate mine; my slice of Shangri-La!
