Sleepwalk

At night when slumber welcomes me I’ll take a walk so heavenly Across the starry moonlit skies To gaze into my lover's eyes For there she waits to take my hand And stroll across this wonderland We meet each night in clouded mist Enjoying love’s celestial tryst We’ll stroll along the Milky Way And watch the silvery moonbeams play Past pools of starlight we will dance Within an ethereal trance I pray my sleep will never end So with my sweet love I can spend Each cherished moment of the night In love’s embrace so warm and tight My thoughts are filled with end of day When dreamland is not far away My lady love waits patiently To sleepwalk ‘cross the skies with me
