When I can't sleep, Dane Ann allows me to call her at any hour. It's reciprocal. Sometimes our distress can be alleviated simply by picking up the phone and reaching out. Love, Carolyn

when you can't sleep and your mind is racing, then forget the problems that you are facing. put it all in gods hands , for he is the one that understands.
