Sleepless Night

under the darkness
of a new moon
comes the sound of madness
a unholy tune
a monster that lives
only by night
a evil that gives
god himself a fright
it claws at the door
beats at the glass
put holy water under the door
so the thing can not pass
read from the bible
the holy word
but our atempts are feeble
for our crys go unheard
