Skipping Stones

I remember a summer day
how the wind danced across
the waist high grass
and that little creek running
through the middle

I remember loving sweet
by that little stream
skipping stones in-between
the kisses that grew deep

I remember laying in your arms
on a warm summer day
nothing in our way
like it was yesterday
