One day you and I wil be drinking that pekoe tea together and wondering what the next phase of our lives will bring. Very lovely, Deb. I think the eight lines are optional according to the definition. Best wishes in the contest, my friend! Love, Carolyn

I just wrote my very first tail rhyme today and I can tell ya, I gotta long way til mine looks as awesome as this one! Love the pic that accompanies this "stay home day"...awww. So relaxing!....If you write s-e-n-i-l-e-f-e-l-i-n-e-s on a piece of paper and read it both ways, it really does make an interesting palindrome...I really had to do some homework to write that entry..Thanks for stopping by...I see you've got MORE winning poetry to read today...Alright! :) Gwendolen

love it....and love that kind of day, as well! You have made it all sound cozy and inviting! :).....ps...I did enter my sonnet for your contest a few days ago...not sure why it didn't register for you??? So just in case, I went to my member site...removed my entry, and re-entered the same poem...must be some glitch in the soup??? Hope you got it this time...if not, I'll try again. Thanks for letting me know :) hugs!
