Notes About The Poem

How we think, not what we have, is the most important thing in life.

Size Matters

Size Matters
By Franklin Price

Size matters somewhat to us all
Wipe off that silly smirk
There are other things to think about
So let's get down to work

Houses we have, the cars we drive
The fat upon our skin
The money in our bank accounts
Are places to begin

Look at size another way
A better way instead
It's all about our attitudes
And thoughts within in our heads

Size of consideration
In our dealings every day
To be the bigger person
Is, so much, a better way

To set a good example
Whether we are large or small
The size of what we think, not touch,
Is most important for us all
