Sitting in the Sun Soaking up Rays

I’m sitting in the sun, soaking up rays
This is one of those good old-fashioned days
Dog barks at tractor coming up the road
Cat fascinated by a small brown toad
The warm barely-breeze can hardly be felt
Dangling in the sun on end of God’s belt.

Such a golden feeling it is to sit in the sun in the warmth with good thoughts, a dog, a cat and poetry on the cooker :) Elsa

There is nothing like it. I may grab my notebook and run back out there. Bye.

This is the feeling for sure, Arturo. A lazy, barely hanging on day.
