Sitting Here

Sitting Here
Sitting here, watching, waiting
Watching time slowly fading
Sitting here, needing you by my side.
When you told me we shouldn’t talk anymore I damn near cried
Sitting here, reflecting on the great times we’ve had
Being here without you makes me sad.
Sitting here, jus thinking, jus praying
You’re the only person that keeps me sane
Sitting here, staring at the moon
Hoping that we’ll be together again soon
Sitting here, gazing up at the sky
Without you in my life I surly would die
