Sitting By the Fireside With Still Glowing Rem Embers

SITTING BY THE FIRE WITH STILL GLOWING REM embers

The woman was as desperate as blood is to flow
The kind of woman you really don’t need to know
And whatever had to be done she would do it
Until she would turn all her relationships into a huge pile of s***t

There were fires burning behind the lady as she edged herself away
With not a “thank you but I must go” rather she had nothing to say
I went to war with a witch who was wild and wily in her way
And that’s why my heart still bleeds to this very day

Bloody tracks will lead you to the beauty of betrayal plus charm
But I’m warning you as a sibling don’t take her arm in arm
Because although beauty seems to be beckoning you
Whatever she will say would be patently untrue

So although you need my words you needn’t heed a one
Just slide near to her and curse yourself when it’s over and done
You treasured her body as did your diamond ring and pure platinum bracelet which
she stole
Because breaking hearts and the law were always her number one goal
