Sitka Sunset
Sitka sunset, her gorgeous gleam
gives vibrant life to skyline seam;
Her vivid hue, like stunning show,
gives gorgeous glow against the snow.
Her amber heart in violet haze
attracts the eyes, just like a craze;
Her orange tinge against the sea
gives a fine view for eyes to see.
The fire-tinged cloud like rusty gold
pleases the eyes, like I've been told;
Verstovia trail gives vibrant view
like a green flash in overview.
When you are down, there you can go,
you better let your feelings flow,
for, view in there is like a cure
that makes your sad soul fresh and pure.
