Site Sitting
night ends
all shadows
but street
lights begin
creating new
cathedral steps
become my seat
with the sun
now set i sit
looking as
passerbys make
no eye contact
yet i see
the man
selling
water and
the rainbow
dressed women
with fruits of
other colors
selling tastes
of sweetness
and selling to
take a photo
with them
the bell tolls
so i stand
up and stroll
down the
colonial
streets
smiling
