Sisters

When I think about my childhood boy, I just can't laugh enough
Playing at the dinner table, getting each other in trouble and all that good stuff
If I can turn back time I would talk less and be more of a listener
So I could capture all the sweet sounds and voices of my sisters
We pull together not only when we need to
We have each others backs because that's what sisters do
I'll take your kids you take mine
We cook sunday dinner together and spend quality time
We share our experiences and tell all our secrets
Just get stuff off our chest you know everyone needs it
When I am sad and alone and feeling real crappy
I just call one of my sisters and they'll make me happy
Sisters are more than just best friends
It's a special kind of love that you wish never ends
I wouldn't change one moment with my sisters but then
I moved so far away and I really miss them
All the fun and all the memories are still all there
Even thou the distance is so far they will always be here
Their jokes, their smiles, their good and bad luck
But the love in ther hearts is real you just can't make this up
So foget all the hurricanes, tornadoes, and twisters
Because nothing will ever pull me away from my sisters.

As one of her sisters, I can say that she hit the nail on the head in terms of the way we feel about each other now and how we gre up as sisters. SHE MADE ME CRY! It is real and emotional. Everthing she wrote came from the heart, soul, and experiences we had in life and she captured it all in her words. LUV YA !!!!
