Sister

SISTER

To be blessed with having sisters
Is a very special thing
You get to share in all the joys
That a loving family brings

We loved and laughed together
As sisters often do
And even when we argued
I was always there for you

But being my younger sister
You had some bratty ways
And you got away with murder
Under mothers watchful gaze

and as we both grew older
We forged our separate paths
I still look back with fondness
To the days we had some laughs

But no matter where life takes us
Be it near or far apart
You will always be my sister
And forever within my heart
