Sinking In a Dream

In the quicksand of words I slowly sink… My arms covered in letters colorfully inked… My footing disappears as I stare at the sky… Screaming poetic lines to keep me alive… My faith is inevitable through this slow descend… Dropped into a world where hearts never bend… Sand covered benches and a view of the sea… Shells shaped in letters that spell out free… I scribe in the sand everything I’ve seen… Only to awake knowing it was more than just a dream…

I feel this freedom within this write, I compose freely within my life, words that have meaning and composure! I really loved reading this amazing poem of intrigue and empowerment! What a terrific piece, Great work!!

What we dream about is usually influenced by our thoughts and wishes.I enjoyed sinking in your words and even put off my life jacket to.remain there.Nice to see you.posting Michael
