Singles Versus Marrieds

The Marrieds view Singles as being selfish and narcisstic,
people who live their lives according to every whim and fancy,
Their contemptuous feelings are felt with every glance and deed,
While the Singles view their lives as people who created circumstances
out of their emotional needs,
Each group thinks the other has it made in the shade,
Yet, the grass always looks greener when needs aren't being met,
How quickly we forget that the choice was always ours to embrace
or avoid,
Our frustrations and short comings should never make us feel judgemental and
paranoid.
