Singing the Blues
I feel, not the touch, from his eyes
And this pain, I cannot disguise
When across my lips, is where it lies
My love sings the blues.
My race of tears, so swiftly, runs
When words shot, from a lover’s gun
That turns my soul, from the glare of the sun
My eyes sing the blues.
Living without you, is living in sin
And I wish, we didn’t, come to an end
Cause’ loving you more than life, I can’t pretend
My heart sings the blues.
