Notes About The Poem

No longer crying but singing

Sing For Lisa

SING FOR LISA

Amid the flowers in the field,
No longer thorns and thistles yield,
Across the miles, my loving child,
Sing for Lisa.

Mother of love, so dutiful
Embracing all that’s beautiful;
A brand new world
an amazing girl,
Sing for Lisa.

Merging from the jagged rocks.
Freedom from the morbid locks.
Our blessed Savior I Am,
the gracious blood of the Lamb
Sing for Lisa.
