Sincere Praise
Since I was born, I’ve been told
Jesus loves you more than fine gold
As I grew older and became more aware
I realized I love Jesus with every single prayer
I love Him with my heart and soul, my mind and more…
I love Him with each thought and embrace from my core
I praise Him with every gentle word and each caring deed
Praises ring out in the words I speak and the ways I exceed…
In making Him the first thought of every morning, every sunrise…
The first hope in my heart and the first love that shines through the skies
Praising Him comes easier and easier with the passage of time
Every new dawn brings a new song, a new praise to chime
Praising Him brings renewal to my heart and soul
A new joy, a new wisdom, a new wonder and a new goal
Each moment of praise reminds me why I’m alive..
I am here to rejoice in the Lord and to continue to strive…
To be more like my precious Savior, my Jesus, my everything!!!
