Simply Waiting

She never wanted it to happen Never promised to fill his empty spaces Something clicked in her, it just happened She felt the need to cater to his heart Giving him his space when he felt like they needed to be apart She never wanted it to happen It just happened She searched for ways to fill his heart To take his pain Many of nights she spent dreaming Of his charming ways Many of nights she spent wondering Will he ever realize she has always been right there Wondering Will she ever be able to take his words away Wondering will he ever feel the same she never wanted it to happen It just happened
