-Simply Said

No fancy words can I say
About how much I miss you
Simple words straight from my heart
Is the best I can actually do

My sweet, cute, cheeky little mum
We loved each other deeply
We were truly best buddies
Being with you was so natural and so easy

I inherited your naughty ,cheeky manner
We got up to no good in many a circumstance
Such harmless sneaky fun ,we laughed so hard
Always doing the wee dance to prevent wetting our pants!!!

When you left you took our secrets with you
And here on earth I will never tell
Locked in my hearts vault forever
When it’s my time ,I will take them as well!

You taught me well little lady
I am happy and I am kind
I am loved and I laugh a lot
And you my sweet mum are never far from my mind!

I loved this poem," especially your litte dance" What a touching tribute to your sweet Mum. No words, fancy or not could have shown such pure love. Good one, Deb. Take care ShirleyX

Deb, I have to say that this is one of the most beautiful and touching tributes that I have ever read! Your words may be simple but the impact that they make is towering! I'm still crying!! Love this!!!
