Simply Nice
12/27/16
"
Shadows, silhouettes and darkness all about
And throughout
The river mouth
Where there was a timber house
At times you couldn't even hear a sound
Whether you were in the clouds or on the ground
The cycles went round and round
Up, down and back around
For animals and humans near and far from any town
How do you like me now?
At night
Oh, what a pretty sight
All the different city lights
Whether in a car or above fifty flights
Appreciation for the small the things can be simply nice
In what can be quite the busy life
Looking at the gamuts
Similar amounts of activity in the shining light and in pitch blackness
Among the Earth's axis
But not in areas where any life is of absence
Within and away from any planets
